Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineers who will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality throughout the product development and implementation of effective quality control processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure that existing quality systems, standards and rules are implemented in all production lines, periodically reviewed and evaluated to check effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Drive problem solving and root cause analysis activities to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances
  • Review changes to specifications, processes and systems to ensure appropriate change control and evaluation
  • Ensure that Incoming Quality Control and Outgoing Inspection procedures are meticulously performed in adherence to product quality inspection standards
  • Ensure that an effective document management system is in place to guarantee traceability and easy retrieval of quality records

Job Qualifications

  • A graduate of any engineering course, preferable, with relevant experience on Quality Assurance and Control
  • Knowledge on various quality system methodologies such as 8D, Lean, 5 Why's, Pareto Analysis, etc.
  • Knowledgeable with the requirements of ISO 9001 and other Quality Management Systems
  • Proficiency in a computerized database or document system as well as MS Applications such as Excel
