We are looking for Quality Engineers who will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop optimal process design model by conducting Design of Experiment (DOE) to determine sources of variation and applying advanced Statistical Analysis
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure processes meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Evaluate and analyze production data (i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability index, etc.) to determine opportunities for improvement in quality
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams focused on continuous improvement initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • With at least 3 years' experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project management experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We are also accepting candidates outside Cebu who are open to relocation. This position entails full-time on-site work.
