- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant records and ensure timely recruitment process.
- Employee Relations
- Assist in handling employee concerns, inquiries, and grievances.
- Support employee engagement programs, activities, and events.
(a) Design visually appealing materials (e.g., onboarding guides, presentations, HR newsletters).
(b) Create and manage content for internal HR communication (e.g., employee spotlights, event posters, intranet updates).
- Help promote positive workplace culture.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Coordinate with payroll for accurate timekeeping and attendance.
- Help monitor and update employee benefits and records.
- HR Records & Compliance
- Maintain and update 201 files and HR database.
- Prepare reports and documents required by management and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Training & Development
- Assist in organizing training schedules and employee development activities.
- Track training attendance and evaluation forms.
- General HR Support
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support to HR Manager/Head in implementing policies and programs.
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
