Maintenance Technician

GENERAL FUNCTION
- Perform general skills of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring or fixtures.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Report any facility incident to the Operations Manager for proper guidance.
ROUTINE ROOM AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
- General Maintenance Technician shall monitor all building systems, equipment, amenities and fixtures & appliances in accordance with the room maintenance checklist provided.
- Respond to all facility alarms, mechanical electrical, elevator system failures, and any other incidents arising in the building.
- Submit any Incident Reports to the Operations Manager
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
- Follow and perform preventive maintenance schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5`5" in height
- Graduate of bachelor's degree, 2-year vocational course or with applicable training
- Must be skilled technician (electric/mechanic/plumbing/carpentry)
- With relevant work experience
- Willing to work in Sampaloc Manila
- Willing to start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19, Php24,000.00 per month
