Commissary / Production Manager

Competence Requirements:

  1. Food Manufacturing / Production and Operations Management
  2. Ability to TRAIN, EVALUATE, MONITOR and RETAIN competent people (Certified Trainer or with Training on being a trainer)
  3. Ability to identify problems and propel solutions that focuses on efficiency of each production process
  4. Ability to prepare production plans and schedules and manipulate them if necessary
  5. Ability to manage costs or reduce wastages / unnecessary expenses in production operation
  6. Ability to come up with trade-off decisions – ability to list down the pros and cons of a course of action to better understand the consequences of the decisions they must make.
  7. Ability to recognize and set priorities where to do most good in order to avoid wasting time and energy on insignificant elements.
  8. Ability to examine the situation, searching for the few factors that will have the greatest impact, and concentrate on those; little or nothing will be gained by focusing efforts on less important factors.

  9. Ability to make ethical decisions which may arise in many aspects of operations management including:

Job Requirement:

  1. Generalist / Flexible Skills Set (ability to perform multiple tasks)
  2. College Graduate with Management degree
  3. Seasoned production manager (2-3 years experience in Food Manufacturing)
  4. Proximity of residence (must be near Silang Cavite)
  5. Outgoing and Friendly Personality
