About the role

Electro Mechanical Products International Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for providing support to our accounting operations. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records and processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing invoices, billings and other accounting documents

  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records in our accounting system

  • Reconciling bank statements and petty cash accounts

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements

  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations

What we're looking for

  • College graduate with coursework in accounting or bookkeeping

  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role. Fresh Graduate are also welcome.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping

  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders

  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
