About IDR:
Insights Driven Research (IDR) is a tech-enabled Expert Network of over 500,000+ industry leaders across multiple verticals and geographies. We connect consulting firms, life science firms, financial institutions, tech companies, and other corporate clients with vetted subject matter experts to conduct research and make informed business decisions.

The Role:
We are looking for a Compliance Associate to support IDR's growing compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk functions, ideally within the expert network or market research industry. You will help ensure that our engagements, data practices, and internal processes remain aligned with global regulatory standards, including GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other relevant frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Monitoring and Review
Support day-to-day compliance review of expert engagements and research activity.
Review expert profiles and transcripts for red flags (e.g., MNPI, confidentiality risks).
Data Privacy and Subject Requests
Log and respond to basic data subject requests (e.g., "Where did you get my email?") under appropriate guidance.
Investigations, Audits and Policy Reviews
Contribute to internal investigations, audits, and reviews of company policies and procedures.
Documentation and Content Support
Assist with editing and formatting compliance policies, FAQs, and training materials.
Internal Advisory and Stakeholder Support
Serve as a first point of contact for internal teams (analysts, account managers) seeking clarification on compliance procedures.
Risk Assessment and Process Improvement
Support periodic compliance risk assessments and recommend improvements.

Qualification and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory function.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and/or CCPA.
Skills:
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Other:
High attention to detail, discretion, and integrity.
Preferred:
Prior experience in the expert network or market research industry.
Strong writing skills for SOPs, reports, and external correspondence.
Comfortable handling confidential information and working cross-functionally.
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Interest in staying current with regulatory changes and industry trends.

Working Hours: Night shift (aligned with US business hours)

Office Location: Unit 901, 9th floor, Eco Tower, 32nd St. cor, 9th Ave, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines. 

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience
Mandatory Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions, 13th-month pay, and legal overtime/holiday premiums
Leave: 10 vacation leave, 6 sick leave, and US/Philippines aligned holiday leave as per company policy
