Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Testing experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience handling ERP transformation projects.
  • Must have experience with Ariba.
  • Must have experience with SAP Procurement.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft D365.
  • Must have experience with Oracle Fusion.
  • Must have experience with Oracle NetSuite.
  • Must have experience with SAP Grow
  • Must have experience in banking operations, finance, procurement, and HR.
  • Must have experience in process modelling/documentation (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Must have the ability to challenge legacy processes constructively.
  • Must have strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Must have an understanding of internal controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Must have effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Job Summary:
 Serve as a key liaison between business units, ERP implementation partners, and IT during the migration from SAP ECC6 to a cloud-based ERP platform (SAP Grow, Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft D365). Challenge current processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and align to global ERP best practices while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job Description

  • Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping for Finance, Procurement, HR, Asset Management, etc.
  • Identify and recommend the elimination of redundant steps, excessive checks, and manual workarounds.
  • Work with ERP vendors to validate configurations against business needs and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, drive consensus, and secure sign-off on process designs.
  • Embed regulatory requirements (BSP, AMLA, BIR) into process changes.
  • Support data migration mapping, validation, and fit-gap analysis.
