, we're transforming the way technology supports our business — and we're looking for a
Salesforce Developer
to join our dynamic IT team

This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform using
low-code and no-code tools
such as
Flows, Process Builder,
and other declarative features. You'll also play a key role in
system administration
, ensuring efficiency, security, and seamless operations across teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and user access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while ensuring optimal platform performance
  • Configure page layouts, list views, and workflows to match evolving business needs
  • Maintain data integrity and implement best practices across the platform
  • Support system integrations and ensure seamless data flow between systems
  • Document processes, prepare training materials, and support user adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, business-driven solutions
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and apply new features effectively

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in
    Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with
    databases and query languages
    (e.g., SQL)
  • Strong understanding of
    Salesforce fundamentals
    (application, data, security) and
    Sales Cloud
  • Hands-on experience as a
    Salesforce Administrator
    (configurations, access management)
  • Experience working in
    Agile environments
    with project management tools
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work
    on-site at Aseana, Parañaque
