Quality & Design

Sr. Inspection Expert – Dimension Engineer

Provides advanced expertise in dimensional inspection and metrology, ensuring compliance with engineering specs, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering

• 8+ years in dimensional inspection/metrology within automotive or precision manufacturing

• Expertise in MSA, SPC, Cp/Cpk studies, and ISO/IATF quality systems

Sr. Inspection Expert – Electrical Engineer

Leads electrical inspection processes for battery formation, charging, and testing, ensuring compliance with IEC/SAE/JIS standards and global quality requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field

• 8+ years in electrical inspection, testing, or QA in batteries/automotive/energy storage

• Expert in OCV, CCA testing, MSA, SPC, and IATF/ISO quality systems

AGM Materials Engineer

Develops and optimizes Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) materials for lead-acid batteries, ensuring performance across automotive, industrial, and backup applications.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field

• 8–12 years in AGM, battery materials, or chemical process development

• Expertise in material characterization, electrochemistry, and production processes

Product Development & Process Engineering

Product Development Master Scheduler

Coordinates and maintains schedules for product development projects, ensuring milestones are met and resources are optimized.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field

• 8+ years in scheduling/project management within product development or R&D

• Proficient with MS Project, Primavera, ERP/MRP tools

Process Engineer Expert – Lead Oxide

Designs, optimizes, and controls lead oxide production processes to ensure quality, yield, and operational efficiency while maintaining safety and environmental compliance.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering

• 8+ years of experience in lead oxide or similar powder production processes

• Expertise in process optimization, troubleshooting, and statistical process control

Process Engineer Expert – Paste Mixing & Pasting

Leads the design, development, and optimization of paste mixing and pasting processes to deliver consistent battery performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

• 8+ years in paste mixing/pasting processes or electrochemical manufacturing

• Strong skills in process simulation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Process Engineer Expert – Laser Welding

Develops and optimizes laser welding processes for battery components, ensuring precision, durability, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering

• 8+ years in laser welding, joining processes, or precision manufacturing

• Expertise in welding technologies, failure analysis, and advanced process control

Maintenance & Digitalization

Machine Learning & AI Engineer

Designs, develops, and deploys intelligent AI/ML solutions to optimize manufacturing operations, improve efficiency, and deliver innovative automation across the business.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment for manufacturing

• Strong skills in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, ML Ops, cloud platforms, and big data tools

Production & Continuous Improvement

Production Leader – Lithium Assembly

Oversees and manages lithium battery assembly operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance while driving continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering

• 5–10 years in production leadership within lithium battery or electronics assembly

• Expertise in lithium assembly processes, lean manufacturing, and team development

Master Production Planner

Ensures BY Planning system integration as the single source of truth, aligning demand, capacity, and material availability for stable and executable production schedules.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent

• 8–10 years in production planning, including advanced planning systems (BY, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of RCCP, MPS, and capacity planning concepts

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Leads high-impact continuous improvement projects to elevate plant performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, driving a culture of operational excellence.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering; Master's a plus

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 8–10 years' experience

• Expert in DMAIC, statistical analysis, project leadership, and change management

Logistics & PMO

Inventory Controller Lead

Ensures accuracy and integrity of plant-wide inventory through physical counts, reconciliation, and compliance with audit and corporate standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or Supply Chain Management

• 3–5 years in inventory control, audit, or manufacturing

• Proficiency in SAP (MM/PP/WM), data reconciliation, and variance analysis

EPMO Master Program Controller

Drives enterprise program performance through advanced scheduling, resource optimization, and executive-grade data visualization to ensure on-time, value-driven delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or Data Analytics; Master's a plus

• 7+ years in program control, PMO operations, or enterprise scheduling

• Expertise in MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, critical path analysis, and resource optimization
