Job Description

  • Support Program Execution & Rollout: Assist in implementing new monetization initiatives and promotions, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and accurate execution on the platform.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Business Development (BD), Marketing, and Product teams to support program setup, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Monitor KPIs & Track Adoption: Help track key performance indicators, seller adoption, and program success metrics. Consolidate feedback from sellers and internal teams to flag areas for improvement.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations that summarize program performance, seller engagement, and growth opportunities.
  • Execute Operational Tasks: Handle day-to-day tasks related to program maintenance—e.g., program setup, seller tagging, content updating, and documentation.
  • Gather Market & Seller Insights: Support the team in gathering data and insights from seller behavior and competitor trends to guide future program enhancements.
  • Support Ad Hoc Projects: Take part in special projects and initiatives under the Monetization team, contributing to testing, rollout, and basic performance checks.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in project management, process improvement or business analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or GSuite (e.g. Gsheets, GSlides, etc)
  • Background in business, economics, marketing, or a related field is a plus
