College level or degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, transportation, or electric vehicle sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Boracay Island and Malay municipal area is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet targets under minimal supervision.
Physically fit and willing to conduct on-site client visits and fieldwork.
Valid driver's license is required; owning a motorcycle for mobility is an advantage.
OBJECTIVES
The Salesperson, under the general supervision of the Territory Manager and within the framework of the company's established policies and procedures, contributes to the profitability and growth of the organization by promoting and selling Electric Trikes (eTrikes) to individuals, businesses, and transport operators within Boracay Island, as well as Malay, Western Visayas and Mindanao regions. The role includes generating leads, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and educating customers on the benefits of sustainable electric transportation.
Sales and Marketing:
- Promote eTrikes to prospective customers, including but not limited to transport operators, resorts, hotels and local businesses.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations & product demonstrations to clients.
- Identify growth opportunities, partnerships & new accounts to expand the sales network.
- Actively engage in local marketing initiatives & promotional activities to generate leads.
Customer Engagement and Service:
· Build & maintain strong relationships with new customers and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty, achieve high customer satisfaction and subsequently, repeat and referral business.
· Conduct client product sessions, such as Fast Charging demonstrations, to showcase product features and benefits.
· Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information and timely support.
· Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare, submit and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales transactions & client records.
- Ensure timely submission of signed agreements, payment documents, and client feedback forms.
- Monitor competitor activities and share insights with management for strategic planning.
Operations:
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Logistics, and After-Sales to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- While growing the business in Boracay and the rest of Western Visayas, must ensure that repairs, permits, units and charging facilities are operational on the island.
- Will handle this role until profitability is reached on the island or territory.
