An American dermatology practice is looking for two employees in the Philippines to join our American billing team. This is a long-term position (hopefully multi-year) in which your responsibilities will grow over time. To be a strong candidate you need to:

  1. Be fluent in English (Reading, writing, speaking)

  2. Be willing to work 8 AM-5 PM Eastern Standard Time

  3. Have access to an office (home office is OK) where you will not be interrupted during working hours.

  4. Have access to a Windows computer and solid internet connection

  5. Bachelor's or higher education

  6. Experience with medical billing and insurance collection.

After four weeks of training, you will be responsible for tasks such as insurance verification and payment posting. Those tasks may often require communicating over the phone with insurance representatives and patients.
