Job Qualification

Job Description:

  1. Spot Audits: Perform unannounced physical audits of salons, verifying cash handling, product inventory, service standards, and equipment use.
  2. Documentation Audits: Meticulously review salon documents like service dockets, service invoices, daily sales reports, booking logs, and attendance sheets for accuracy and compliance.
  3. CCTV Audits: Analyze surveillance footage to monitor operations, identify policy violations, and investigate suspicious activities.
  4. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive Audit Disposition Reports detailing findings, identified risks, and recommended actions.
  5. Risk Mitigation: Help identify control weaknesses unique to salons and suggest practical solutions.
  6. Collaborate: Discuss audit findings and corrective action recommendations directly with area managers and relevant teams to facilitate implementation
