Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Team by handling administrative tasks, preparing sales documents, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role helps improve customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and support daily sales activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Coordination
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of customer information and product details.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams regarding delivery schedules and product availability.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups through phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates.
- Support account managers in building strong customer relationships.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, weekly summaries, and sales performance updates.
- Maintain files for contracts, purchase orders, and sales documents.
- Assist with monitoring outstanding payments and coordinating with accounting.
Administrative Tasks
- Schedule client meetings, internal sales reviews, and customer visits.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and marketing materials.
- Perform general office duties related to the sales department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2 years experience in sales support or administrative work is required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
