JOB DESCRIPTION & GENERAL FUNCTION

The major function of Project Kasanag Loan Officer is to market, sell loan, and deposit products of the bank to meet the given targets. Also, to evaluate prospective clients, and to facilitate collection of payments on loans.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Markets loan to prospective applicants.
• Conducts site selection with Credit Officer.
• Field Work
• Encodes loan packages
• Prepares documents for notarization.
• Generates loan disclosure and loan repayment schedule.
• Prepares copies of transmittal sheet of original collateral documents for safekeeping in the vault.
• Responsible for the maintenance of complete and up-to-date loan/credit files.
• Advises the client once the loan is approved.
• Responsible for monitoring payment of loan amortizations, sending of notices/reminders to maturing and accounts in arrears;
• Takes charge of maintenance and collection of accounts
• In charge of renewal of existing loan accounts;
