Qualification

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of proven work experience in an operations supervision role, preferably within a carpark, property management, or similar customer service-oriented industry.
  • Amenable to work in SM Lucena

Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the carpark, including traffic flow management, parking space allocation, and vehicle entry/exit procedures.
  • Monitor parking levels and implement strategies to ensure optimal operation and usage of all parking facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all established carpark policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Respond effectively and immediately to requests or questions regarding inoperative or malfunctioning equipment or operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the carpark facility to ensure compliance with safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and identify any potential hazards or maintenance issues.
  • Prepare and submit all daily work operating reports, incident reports, and other forms as required.
  • Monitor and manage cash handling and revenue collection procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
  • Consolidate abandoned car reports and update their weekly status (if applicable).
  • Attend inquiries and resolve issues on carpark matters from customers and staff.
