Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, based in Malay. The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth. Responsibilities include managing advertising campaigns, planning promotional activities, analyzing campaign performance, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and staying up-to-date with industry trends to drive innovative marketing efforts.

  • Experience with Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, and Branding
  • Strong Analytical Skills in Market Research, Customer Insights, and Performance Metrics
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Marketing Software, including CRM tools and analytics platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage
