Job Summary

The E-commerce Sales Supervisor will lead and oversee the online sales operations of Homemaker Furniture Corporation across Visayas and Luzon. This role is responsible for managing the e-commerce team, ensuring smooth order processing, driving online sales growth, and maintaining excellent customer experience across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Sales Management

  • Supervises daily online sales activities across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Monitors online sales performance, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines
  • Ensures timely resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds

Team Leadership

  • Leads, coach, and motivates the e-commerce sales team
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular team meetings
  • Develops team members' skills in online sales and customer service

Digital Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinates with marketing for online campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Tracks campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase conversion
  • Maintains accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory updates

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Analyzes online sales trends, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Recommends strategies to optimize online sales performance

Operational Excellence

  • Ensures compliance with company policies and e-commerce platform guidelines
  • Oversees smooth coordination with logistics and warehouse teams
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any Business-related course or Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in e-commerce sales, like Tiktok, Shoppee, Lazada or any online retail
  • At least 2-3 year experience as an e-commerce supervisor and able to supervise a team or leading sales operations
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital marketing is preferred
  • Familiarity with using shared files such as Google Drive, spreadsheets, docs, etc.

  • Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes

  • Experience in furniture, home décor, or retail industries
  • Familiarity with e-commerce software, social media advertising, and analytics tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
