Production Monitoring Specialist

The position is primarily responsible for providing support in managing the bank system's, services, and applications to ensure it's availability and efficiency. The position is also responsible for the maintenance of bank systems and applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provides support in managing all bank's systems, services, and applications to ensure its availability and these are running efficiently
  2. Performs regular production activity and maintenance of bank systems and applications
  3. Reports any erroneous incidents and provides system availability and uptime report
  4. Analyses system performance to detect issues
  5. Recommends workarounds and immediate fix to any incident detected to minimize downtime and business disruptions
  6. Coordinates detected issues with relevant units and with 3rd party providers and escalates unresolved issues

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Computer-related, Engineering or Math-related courses. Preferably with training and/or certification on ITILv4
  2. At least two (2) years of work-related experience in Incident and Problem Management, and Data Center Operations
  3. Amenable to work in Makati City
