We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-level adoption, migration, and transformation initiatives across our clients' digital workplace environments. This strategic role demands deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, a strong foundation in solution architecture, and proven experience driving change management and user adoption. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them through complex deployments and maximizing the value of Microsoft's Modern Workplace solutions.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and enterprise deployments.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions and their business impact.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, automation, and M365 APIs.
  • Strong background in enterprise IT architecture, account management, and solution consulting.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, MS-102, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience managing complex projects across diverse industries and organizational sizes.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end M365 solution design and implementation, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Viva.
  • Architect and oversee migration strategies from legacy systems to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
  • Drive change management and user adoption programs, aligning technical solutions with business outcomes.
  • Manage identity, access, and security configurations via Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory.
  • Engage in strategic account planning, collaborating with clients to define roadmaps, success metrics, and service delivery outcomes.
  • Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and data protection across the M365 ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate M365 with broader IT and business systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in client engagements, workshops, and executive briefings.

Other details:

  • Monthly Compensation will base on experience and qualifications.
  • Working hours are from Monday – Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Work from Home (but may be requested to do on-site at client's location if requested, Metro Manila)
