We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Solution Architect with a strong background in pre-sales and delivery to lead the design, costing, and implementation of Microsoft cloud solutions. This role blends technical architecture, strategic advisory, and hands-on delivery across the Microsoft ecosystem—including Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Security, Intune, and Dynamics 365.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage with clients to understand business needs, architect scalable and secure solutions, and guide them through successful adoption and transformation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, solution architecture, and client engagement
  • Proven expertise across Microsoft cloud platforms:
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Security, Intune)
  • Azure (infrastructure, identity, networking, security)
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Dynamics 365 (CRM, business apps)
  • Security & Compliance (Defender, Purview, Entra ID)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 readiness, governance, and security best practices
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-305, MS-102, PL-600) highly desirable
  • Experience in pre-sales activities: solution scoping, proposal development, demos, and client presentations
  • Solid grasp of business processes and technical project delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements to assess business needs and current IT/cloud environments
  • Architect end-to-end Microsoft cloud solutions tailored to client goals and constraints
  • Collaborate with Sales and Offerings teams to scope, estimate, and present solutions
  • Translate technical designs into clear, business-friendly documentation and proposals
  • Advise on licensing, infrastructure, and integration with Microsoft and ISV tools
  • Configure secure Microsoft 365 environments (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Defender, Intune)
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and enablement for admins and end users
  • Drive change management and adoption strategies to ensure long-term success
  • Support expansion of Microsoft usage across Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics, and ISV solutions
  • Empower "citizen developers" with governance frameworks and best practices
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through usage insights and client feedback
  • Provide technical leadership in demos, workshops, and strategic presentations
  • Share knowledge and best practices to elevate internal technical capabilities

Other details:

  • Monthly Compensation will base on experience and qualifications.
  • Working hours are from Monday – Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Work from Home (but may be requested to do on-site at client's location if requested, Metro Manila)
