Competency Level:

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, or Business.

• At least 5-year experience in supply chain, or operations in lean or process improvement role in a semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry

• Very good computer skills with familiarity in BI reporting and MS Office Suite especially MS Excel

• Thorough knowledge in database management and SQL.

• Must be resourceful and assertive with strong interpersonal skill

• Highly organized and values attention to details, planning, and time-management

• Excellent documentation and presentation skills

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible on maintaining the dashboard and reports that include the following:

• Coordinate with all concern parties to update accurately and meeting the deadline

• Review and monitor forwarder's damage and lost reports

• Review and monitor Forwarder's In-transit Reports.

• Review the CAPA with supplier related to customer complaints

2. Coordinate with the responsible warehouse to set standardization, and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness that include the following:

• Coordinate with all warehouses to set the standard time motion study

• Benchmark all warehouses to gather the best practices for deploying to other sites

3. As business analyst role, provide relevant insights and recommendations through interpreting results validated with analytical, statistical, and methodologies.

4. Responsible for his own improvement

5. May perform other related duties that may be assigned by Manager.

6. Ensure the company's commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.

7. Be aware of the company's quality and environmental policies.
