Liaison Officer

The Liaison Officer is responsible for coordinating with government agencies, private institutions, and other stakeholders to process permits, registrations, licenses, and other business-related requirements. The role ensures smooth transactions, compliance with regulations, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Process government-related documents such as business permits, LTO registrations, BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations of the company.
• Coordinate with external offices, suppliers, and service providers for official transactions.
• Prepare and submit reports, forms, and supporting documents as needed.
• Handle filing, safekeeping, and monitoring of all official documents.
• Perform messenger duties such as delivering checks, invoices, and correspondence to concerned offices.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up pending transactions to avoid penalties or delays.
• Provide administrative support and assist in other company errands when required.
• Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all transactions.

• At least high school graduate; college level/graduate preferred.
• With experience as Liaison Officer, Messenger, or related role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with government agencies' processes and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
