Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning units (split type, window type, inverter, centralized, and other cooling systems).
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of AC units.
  • Diagnose system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Refill and monitor refrigerant levels and check for possible leaks.
  • Clean coils, blowers, filters, and other AC components.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical testing to ensure system efficiency and safety.
  • Provide on-site technical support and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
  • Follow safety procedures and comply with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Vocational or Technical Course in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Electrical, or related field.
  • TESDA NC II or NC III certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is an advantage.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience as an Aircon Technician or in a related role.
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting, wiring, and mechanical repairs.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Physically fit and able to work in different site conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
