About the Role:
As the
Platform Marketing Specialist
, you will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive impactful campaigns that align with overall brand goals. This role combines PR, partnerships, influencer marketing, and social media marketing to support the growth of the brands. May initially be assigned to a Business Unit (BU), with the possibility of reassignment to another BU as deemed necessary.
What You Will Do:
Influencer Marketing:
- Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from planning to optimization.
- Source, brief, and manage influencer partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Negotiate cost-effective contracts and build long-term relationships with top-tier influencers and talent agencies to maximize ROI.
- Process influencer payments and request purchase orders (POs) from finance, collaborating with the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient payment processing.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each platform and brand goals.
- Manage the social media calendar, including copywriting, content scheduling, and approval workflows.
- Track campaign performance, analyzing metrics to optimize social media strategies and report on results.
- Stay updated on platform trends and emerging features to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
- Manage day-to-day operations of brand channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) with platform-optimized content.
Brand Marketing: (PR, Partnerships, Campaigns)
- Manage cross-channel marketing campaigns to ensure brand messages are consistent across advertising, CRM, DTC, and social media platforms.
- Identify and engage with potential partners, including experts and B2B entities, to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align PR strategies with brand objectives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR initiatives and partnerships, adjusting strategies as needed.
Who you are:
- With at least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on social media platforms
- Experience in managing Brand Marketing, including PR, partnerships, and brand campaigns, is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce and agency setting is a plus
- With experience in large-scale campaigns and audience engagement
- Has worked on multiple US brands
- Well-versed with social media account management tools
- Good knowledge and understanding of US-culture/market
- Detail-oriented and focused, trend researcher, and a good team player
