We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collaboration Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position plays a critical role in managing and maintaining collaboration agreements between providers/physicians and our clients. You will work closely with both internal consultants and external partners to ensure agreements are compliant with state-specific regulations and updated as needed.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with healthcare providers/physicians to facilitate execution of collaboration agreements with clients.

· Manage the full lifecycle of collaboration agreements, from initial drafting and signature collection to tracking start dates and renewals.

· Ensure timely updates and modifications to agreements in line with changing regulations or client/provider needs.

· Maintain ongoing compliance with all terms outlined in collaboration agreements.

· Work directly with the company's legal and compliance consultant to integrate state-specific legal requirements into agreements.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all agreements and compliance documentation.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding collaboration agreement compliance.

· Assist in process improvement initiatives related to contract management and compliance tracking.

Qualifications

· Prior experience in healthcare administration, compliance, legal coordination, or a related field preferred.

· Prior collaboration agreement maintenance a plus.

· Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote work environment.

· Proficient in document management tools and digital signature platforms.

· Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.

· Familiarity with state-specific healthcare compliance regulations is a plus.
