Position: Full Stack Developer

Location: Kalayaan Ave. Poblacion, Makati

Are you passionate about building innovative digital solutions and maintaining high-performing websites? We're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining our company's websites and internal platforms, supporting both client-facing projects and proprietary systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications using , React, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
  • Implement efficient data management using React Query for state and data fetching.
  • Integrate Clerk for authentication, user management, and access control.
  • Build Progressive Web App (PWA) features to improve performance and offline usability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with designers and project leads to translate requirements into functional and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development workflows.
  • Stay up to date with modern web development trends and suggest ways to enhance system performance and architecture.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in , React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong experience with Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL for backend and database development.
  • Familiarity with React Query and PWA implementation.
  • Experience integrating authentication systems like Clerk or similar tools (e.g., Auth0, Supabase Auth).
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB) is an advantage.
  • Experience with common development tools such as Redis, Git, and Docker.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and APIs quickly.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using TypeScript in production environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment on Vercel, AWS, or Docker-based setups.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, SEO optimization, and web performance tuning.
