Be part of our client's team as a Capital Markets Analyst, where you'll support mortgage pricing, loan purchase, financing, and securitization activities. You'll work closely with global stakeholders, apply data-driven insights, and help execute transactions that power residential mortgage markets-while operating within a well-defined, sustainable work rhythm.

What Sets You Up for Success

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA designation is an advantage.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools; familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Bloomberg, Reuters, or other market data platforms is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a critical and strategic mindset.

How You'll Make an Impact

Data Collection and Management

• Gather, process, and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Maintain databases and ensure secure, efficient data storage

Data Analysis

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Apply statistical methods to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover opportunities for business growth

Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility
• Prepare and present detailed reports summarizing findings and insights
• Provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Transaction Management

• Manage loan purchase settlement transactions from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with internal and external counterparties across process steps and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy

Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to understand data requirements and provide analytical support
• Work with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and processes

Optimization

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to enhance business performance
• Monitor outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed

Tool Proficiency

• Use data analysis tools and software, including Excel and Tableau, to analyze and interpret data
• Stay current with emerging tools and technologies in data analytics

Predictive Analytics

• Develop predictive models to forecast trends and outcomes
• Apply machine learning techniques to strengthen predictive capabilities
