Sr. Project Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Project Engineer who will take the lead in ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of our projects.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor engineering projects
• Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC, and safety standards
• Supervise and mentor contractors; conduct site inspections
• Review deliverables, issue defect notices, and evaluate billings
• Prepare weekly project status reports

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably with a real estate developer or construction firm.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
