  • Operate and maintain survey instruments such as total station, GPS, and leveling equipment.
  • Process and analyze survey data using CAD and other survey-related software.
  • Prepare survey plans, maps, and technical reports required for permitting, land titling, and project implementation.
  • Validate and verify lot boundaries in coordination with the DENR, LRA, or other government agencies.
  • Assist in land subdivision planning and consolidation, right-of-way surveys, and other property-related surveys.
  • Ensure all surveying activities comply with the standards set by the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines (GEP), DENR, and PRC.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers regarding project alignment and elevation details.
  • Provide support in monitoring construction work based on geodetic plans and elevations.
  • Maintain records of survey data and ensure safekeeping of survey documents and equipment.
