We are seeking a Company Nurse to provide healthcare services to employees, support occupational health programs, and promote overall workplace wellness. The role involves first aid treatment, medical assessments, wellness initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first aid and immediate care to employees.
  • Assess pre-employment medical exams and issue fit-to-work clearances.
  • Monitor employee health conditions and coordinate with the Company Physician.
  • Organize Annual Physical Exams, drug testing, and wellness activities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with active PRC license
  • At least 1 year of experience in occupational health; FMCG/Manufacturing background is a plus
  • Certified Occupational Health Nurse; OHNAP accreditation preferred
  • BOSH, Basic Life Support, and GMP training required
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills
