- The Agency Engagement Analyst will be responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with Sun Life advisors and field managers. This role will drive the execution of programs, events, and communication strategies designed to enhance advisor performance, motivation, and overall engagement with the brand. Overall objective is to improve activity ratio on a monthly basis, number of medallions every quarter, Macaulay Members and MDRT every year.

- Experience in event planning or corporate communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reports handling
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services.
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services, insurance, or sales-driven environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities effectively.
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)
- Program Execution: Assist in the development, planning, and delivery of engagement programs and activities for Sun Life advisors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events such as sales rallies, kick offs, recognition activities, and any other form of engaging events to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Advisor Communication: Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and impactful communication to advisors about ongoing and upcoming engagement initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of engagement activities by gathering feedback, conducting surveys, and analyzing program results to improve future initiatives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams (e.g., Marketing, AMT, Training, Purchasing, etc ) to support the successful delivery of engagement campaigns and initiatives. -
- Recognition & Motivation: Help drive advisor recognition programs to celebrate achievements, milestones, and performance excellence.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights on advisor engagement trends and key metrics, offering recommendations for future improvements.
