Wehaa is seeking a highly skilled Facebook and Google Ads Specialist to join our innovative and fast-growing digital marketing team. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone passionate about performance marketing and eager to make a measurable impact.

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven digital marketer with advanced experience in pixel targeting and implementation. You'll be part of a team that excels at creating dynamic, feed-driven campaigns that deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook and Google Ads strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle — setup, targeting, creative implementation, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to continually optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns integrate seamlessly across channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Present performance reports and insights to clients with clarity and confidence.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven success in delivering high-performing social and search campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to optimization.
  • In-depth understanding of audience targeting, ad creative, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Experience using the Meta and Google Pixel for advanced targeting and tracking.
  • Fluent English communication skills — written and spoken English proficiency is a mandatory requirement.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
