Qualifications:
College Graduate or at least 2 years completed in college with 6 months BPO experience
Senior High School Graduate with 1-year solid BPO experience
Must have Voice International Account experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
Any international voice account experience is acceptable for this position
