Job Description

  • Record all delivered goods and services in the sales system accurately and promptly
  • Monitor and follow up on receivables to support timely collections and avoid potential write-offs
  • Assist in managing inventory by ensuring proper control, tracking, and valuation
  • Participate in monthly and regular inventory counts and support month-end inventory reconciliation
  • Ensure sales invoices are printed and issued correctly and on time
  • Scan and file customer and supplier documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and other related records
  • Issue collection receipts accurately and within the required timeframe
  • Verify and organize customer-returned invoices and ensure they are supported by complete documentation
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for submission and review
  • Record collections in both ERP and Excel systems
  • Process accounts payable vouchers with all necessary attachments and issue BIR Form 2307 for applicable transactions

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accounting or similar
  • Minimum of two (2) years in Accounts Receivable, Account Payable and/or Inventory Control
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Familiarity in ERP software (e.g. MS Business Central, SAP)
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
