The role combines the responsibilities of a Graphic Designer and Presentation Specialist, focusing on developing professional presentation packs and creative visuals that support both client-facing and internal communications. The individual will design impactful decks, infographics, and branded templates, while also providing broader graphic design support to ensure consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned communication across all platforms.

2 Duties and Responsibilities

· Presentation Design & Visual Storytelling:

o Design and develop professional client presentation packs.

o Create templates, infographics, charts, and visuals to simplify complex ideas.

o Support consultants with messaging, presentation flow, and layout refinement.

o Ensure all outputs are aligned with brand standards and communication objectives.

· Graphic Design & Branding:

o Produce marketing and communication collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, and reports.

o Develop digital assets for social media, websites, and email campaigns.

o Support corporate branding initiatives by designing reusable assets and templates.

o Contribute creative input to client communications and internal campaigns.

· Collaboration & Support:

o Work closely with consultants and teams to deliver polished design outputs.

o Provide creative suggestions to enhance storytelling and client engagement.

o Maintain a library of visual assets and ensure design consistency across all materials.

3 Skills

· Strong eye for visual storytelling, layout, typography, and brand consistency.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint/Google Slides, and tools such as Figma/Canva Pro.

· Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, visually compelling content.

· Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing (a plus).

4 Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

· At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic and/or presentation design.

· Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.

· Previous experience in consulting, agency, or client-facing environments is an advantage.

6 Required Equipment
