A dynamic marketing agency based in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a proactive and creative Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team. You'll work on a variety of projects including branding, social media content, paid ad creatives, and pitch decks. This role requires a strong sense of visual design, a creative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and design creative assets across digital and print platforms

  2. Collaborate with marketing, social media, and strategy teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals

  3. Maintain and evolve brand identity systems for multiple clients

  4. Create static and motion-based content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok

  5. Produce mockups, presentations, and internal documentation for client deliverables

  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into your work

  7. Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

● 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or Canva is a plus

● Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in layout, branding, typography, and social content

● Motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Ability to accept feedback and revise designs quickly and efficiently
