Mazwin Inc. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager with a strong background in the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage large teams of technicians, and ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end telecommunications operations and field activities.
- Manage, lead, and monitor a large team of technicians to ensure productivity and quality output.
- Review, analyze, and act on operational reports including SLI, PR, and WAR.
- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
- Handle operational escalations, field issues, and client concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular operational performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SLI, PR, and WAR.
- Proven ability to manage and handle a large team of technicians.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Willing to work on-site in Santa Ana, Manila and travel as needed.
