We're looking for a seasoned Senior Cloud Support Engineer to join our dynamic team, driving the success of our cloud solutions by providing top-tier technical support to our clients and internal stakeholders. You'll play a key role in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex cloud infrastructure issues across multiple platforms, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex cloud-related incidents and support cases.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and security across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practices to empower both clients and the team.
  • Monitor system performance, implement proactive measures, and recommend enhancements to improve reliability and scalability.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support coverage as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Expertise in managing and troubleshooting VMs, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security concepts, IAM, and monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php130, Php170,000.00 per month
