Our Customer Care Representative deliver friendly and efficient support across various customer channels. You'll need to be adaptable, positive, and genuinely passionate about helping people. Every day, you'll be guided and supported by experienced Team Leaders and Trainers.

Location: Inoza Tower, 40th Street, BGC Taguig City

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels
  • Provide friendly, efficient support and build meaningful customer interactions
  • Recommend products and benefits that match customer needs
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns
  • Help improve internal processes and support special projects
  • Stay knowledgeable about company tools, systems, and policies
  • Work toward team KPIs with guidance from supportive leaders and trainers

Who Can Apply

  • HS Graduate / SHS Graduate
  • At least 1 year BPO experience handling an international voice account

Salary & Perks

  • 28,000 Salary Package
  • HMO on Day 1 + free dependent after 1 year
  • Life insurance on Day 1
  • 10% Night Differential

  • Long Service Benefit:

  • 0.5 month basic pay (1st year)

  • 1 month (2nd year)

  • 1.5 months (3rd year)

  • 2 months (4th year onward)
