Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Marketing at a growing US-based company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in digital marketing, team leadership, and scaling brand presence. You'll set the vision, roll up your sleeves in the early stages, and build a high-performing team, including hiring key positions like a B2B Marketing Manager and Growth Marketing Manager, as the company grows. 

Responsibilities​​​​​​
  • Develop and execute B2B and DTC marketing strategies to drive growth
  • Lead performance marketing efforts across paid media, email, SEO/SEM, and influencer channels
  • Optimize marketing spend through data analysis and ROI tracking
  • Build and manage a growing marketing team, including hiring for key roles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams
  • Own brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution
  • Oversee CRM and analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities


Qualifications
  • 5+ years in senior marketing roles, ideally in startup or high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to lead marketing efforts across PPC, SEO, email marketing, SMS, paid and earned social, and influencer marketing.
  • Proven success in both B2B, B2C, DTS, or e-commerce marketing
  • Strong in strategy, execution, and performance tracking
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Shopify
  • A builder mindset—ready to lead and do the work

$2,500 - $3,500 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.
