Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Korean Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Music Streaming Account. This is an on-site position located in Mandaluyong. The CSR will handle inquiries from customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and troubleshooting support for a music streaming platform. Daily tasks will also include delivering personalized service, resolving concerns, managing requests efficiently, and providing a top-notch customer experience in both English and Korean.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Experience.
- Proven ability to enhance customer relations and maintain high service quality.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Mandaluyong and commit to a full-time role.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
