Education Requirements:

  • Graduate of business-related course
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Hybrid set-up at least 2-3x a week onsite

Team Activities/Deliverables:


• On-time processing of Request for Payment (RFP) for billings, Insurance billings, PO and nonPO based transactions including incidental cost (e.g., customs duties and taxes, freight, brokerage, etc)


• Monitors timely settlement of payables to suppliers

Position Key Responsibilities:


• Process the RFP for Globe/Innove billings, Insurance billings, PO and Non-PO based transactions including incidental cost (e.g., customs duties and taxes, freight, brokerage, etc)


• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Treasury on the settlement of payables.


• Perform other functions that may be required as and when necessary
