Schedule: Nightshift, 9PM - 6AM

About the Role

We are looking for a Billing Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for Sophia TEM clients. You will facilitate the delivery of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) services, ensure accurate billing support, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and moderate recurring customer meetings.
  • Implement client-requested changes to workflows, reporting, and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests efficiently.
  • Provide timely feedback, updates, and resolutions to client inquiries.
  • Create monthly (or as needed) Summary Bills reports for assigned clients.
  • Initiate billing inquiries with suppliers and track them through resolution.
  • Manage billing accounts, inventory, and contract updates in the Sophia SaaS platform (excluding large-scale additions handled by IM).
  • Prepare Audit and Optimization reports based on scope of work.
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews.
  • Report TEM activities including invoices processed, cost savings, contractual obligations, and optimization recommendations.
  • Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work night shift.

Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience managing invoice payments or an accounts payable portfolio.
  • 2–3 years of carrier invoice and/or provisioning experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a Business/Finance-related course from a reputable institution.
