Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the data stakeholders and the rest of the Data Services team to design, develop, test, optimize, monitor, and maintain data pipelines for core and critical data assets
• Work on data development activities, including data requirements analysis and data modeling, design, building, testing, deployment, and maintenance of data-related solution components
• Develop data interfaces and data extraction and transformation logic to facilitate data sharing across various applications
• Deliver data to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and other data delivery or data sharing methods
• Support the planning, implementation, and control processes to provide decision support data; support teams engaged in query, reporting, and analysis of data; prepare data for consumption of applications, analytics programs, statistical models, machine learning and AI initiatives
• Collaborate with the data stakeholders to create and conform with data standards across the organization and implement measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency across various data consumption layers
• Develop secure code in line with governance and compliance best practices
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and management of the data inventory and the data catalog

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline
• Must have experience in database design, data modeling/schema design- from conceptualization to optimization
• Must be skilled in SQL, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, others), C#, .Net
• ETL/ELT experience and data integration knowledge
• Experience in multiple data platforms, data management technologies, data visualization tools
• Strong programming skills, Agile software development is an advantage
• Big Data, data warehousing, reporting and analytics projects experience both in established and emerging data technologies (traditional on-premises or cloud data solutions) is preferred
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
