· Plan, organize, and manage the procurement activities to ensure the timely and efficient sourcing of materials, goods, and services.

· Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities.

· Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranties.

· Oversee the day-to-day purchasing operations, ensuring all purchase requisitions are processed in a timely manner.

· Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, ensuring traceability and transparency.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure optimal stock levels.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations, bulk purchases, or alternative sourcing strategies.

· Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the smooth delivery of purchased goods.

· Monitor inventory turnover and stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

· Work closely with the sales and production teams to forecast and plan future material requirements

· Ensure that all purchased materials and products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.

· Work closely with the quality control team to address any issues related to defective or substandard goods.

· Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.

· Ensure all purchasing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
