Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant Work Arrangement : Work from Office Schedule : Night shift Key Responsibilities : Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing Keeping carpets and rugs clean and odor‐free by shampooing, vacuuming, and applying deodorizers as needed Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to remove dirt, debris, and dust from floors and other surfaces Washing windows and walls as well as polishing woodwork as needed Scrubbing toilets, showers, baths, and bathroom sinks as well as removing mildew buildup and mold from various surfaces Wiping down pantry appliances, equipment, and counters to remove dirt, grease, and grime Regularly emptying wastebaskets and disposing of all rubbish Ensure all rooms and facilities are cared for and inspected according to standards Maintaining an accurate record of all cleaning tasks completed each day Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate Meet the standards given by the Facilities Head/Manager/Administrator and the company Adhere to all work‑related tasks given by the Facilities Administrator/Manager/Head Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company‑related practices Adhere to all company‑initiated software/applications usage Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable) : At least highschool graduate with housekeeping experience and other Concierge tasks Willing to work in a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends Willing to be transferred to other locations when necessary Work from office Physically fit to work Can understand and communicate in English language Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
