KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assessing received email requests for workspace creation and cross-checking that all the details are correct and matching on what is on the title and Caseflow entries.
• Understanding scenarios whether a file can or cannot settle through to PEXA.
• Supplying the PEXA ID created in both Caseflow and GML Track for reference.
• Accuracy in entering the details in PEXA from the workgroup, role, subscriber references, title details, loan account numbers, party that GML are representing and parties to invite and email addresses for the notifications.
• Accepting invitations for both Discharges and Advances following the set of guidelines.
• Declining invitations that have been incorrectly sent to us following the set of guidelines.
• Updating of workspaces according to the paralegal's instruction.
• Re-allocating workspaces that are initially allocated to JYS upon receipt of instructions from the lender for all the discharge matters.
• Investigate discrepancies and non-conformance issues
• Updating Caseflow/EMMS of settled workspaces officer
• Adding Source Funds details accurately
• Effectively communicating with relevant Brisbane and Manila-based staff throughout the process
