Position Overview:

Responsible for handling inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and providing detailed information about travel-related services and products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information about travel products, policies, and procedures.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, travel disruptions, and other challenges that may arise during the booking or travel process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of booking platforms, travel regulations, and industry trends.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure all data is handled in compliance with data protection regulations.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate (or equivalent).
  • With at least 1 year experience in a voice account.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be proficient in various GDS tools such as Sabre, Galileo, Apollo, and AMadeus tool.
